Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of collection plans through competitive analysis and sell-out data.
  • Monitor collection development and assist in creating tracking tools.
  • Manage prototypes during showroom periods, coordinating with development teams.
  • Assist in creating sales showroom tools and manage collection catalog information.
  • Support merchandisers during product briefings and strategy sessions.
  • Coordinate updates to product databases and post-showroom sell-in data.
  • Supervise weekly sell-out analyses and prepare monthly sales reports by product category.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis across products, pricing, communication, and distribution.
  • Assist in preparing full price and outlet listings and track collection deliveries to boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a collection merchandiser, preferably in a luxury fashion house.
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising from a university or business school.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Skills

Dynamic, rigorous, proactive, and autonomous with strong analytical and anticipatory skills. Product sensitivity and industry awareness, particularly in ready-to-wear fashion. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with a strong affinity for data analysis.

Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in collection merchandising within the luxury fashion sector.

Education

Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising.
