Overview

The Architecture & Store Planning team at headquarters drives concept implementation across openings, renovations and flagship projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate architectural projects for store openings and renovations, ensuring alignment with the brief, budget and programme in collaboration with local store planning teams.
  • Produce 3D models and design sets to communicate concept, layout and materials throughout project phases.
  • Prepare and manage all project documentation required for design progression, approvals and handover (drawings, specifications, schedules).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners — architectural firms, artisans, lighting designers and contractors — across all project stages.
  • Supervise construction on site to ensure delivery in accordance with the brand's quality charter and technical standards.
  • Support additional priorities and ad-hoc projects within the Architecture & Store Planning remit as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in retail architecture, ideally including store openings and refurbishments.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and V-Ray.
  • Strong teamwork orientation, rigorous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and analytical ability.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in retail or store architecture, with demonstrable involvement in concept development, documentation and construction follow-up for store projects.
