Inventory Associate

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
- Communicate delivery discrepancies to the store manager and operational partners promptly to prevent inventory errors.
- Process internal product transfers and customer orders within set timeframes to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and execute weekly product category counts.
- Prepare the warehouse and sales floor for the annual inventory.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
- Ensure the stockroom and sales floor adhere to the company's visual standards.
- Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed to ensure coverage and sales assistance.
- Manage all necessary supply orders for the store from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least two years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary decor.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 12 kilograms.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 24 kilograms.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of two years in retail, with a preference for experience in luxury or contemporary decor environments.
