Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of stockrooms and sales floors in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
  • Communicate delivery discrepancies to the store manager and operational partners promptly to prevent inventory errors.
  • Process internal product transfers and customer orders within set timeframes to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and execute weekly product category counts.
  • Prepare the warehouse and sales floor for the annual inventory.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
  • Ensure stockrooms and sales floors adhere to company visual standards.
  • Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed to ensure coverage and sales assistance.
  • Manage all necessary supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary home decor.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 12 kilograms.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 24 kilograms.

Experience

At least two years of experience in retail, ideally within the luxury or contemporary decor sectors.
