Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding and supporting IT needs within the manufacturing environment.
  • Contribute to the development of processes, applications, and systems for manufacturing.
  • Participate in defining project scopes and planning with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support end users by sharing knowledge and managing support requests.
  • Utilize ticketing and project management tools effectively.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with the YSL Tech Team.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Participate in testing activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma of IT expert or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Skills

Openness to learning new technologies and innovation. Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in IT or related fields is necessary.

Education

Diploma of IT expert or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
