Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding and supporting IT needs within the manufacturing environment.
- Contribute to the development of processes, applications, and systems for manufacturing.
- Participate in defining project scopes and planning with internal teams and external partners.
- Support end users by sharing knowledge and managing support requests.
- Utilize ticketing and project management tools effectively.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with the YSL Tech Team.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
- Participate in testing activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma of IT expert or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in IT or related fields is necessary.
