Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production hours and yields, analyzing performance.
  • Calculate and track financial yields in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Conduct monthly stock valuation.
  • Manage budgetary reporting and financial oversight.
  • Oversee collection invoicing.
  • Control manufacturing orders.
  • Participate in bi-monthly production planning meetings.
  • Prepare and track various operational reports according to deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support for invoice management for certain services.
  • Establish and update all company KPIs.
  • Liaise directly with the headquarters finance team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in management, finance, or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.

Experience

Previous experience in industrial controlling and reporting is required.
