Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local and HQ Visual Merchandising teams to develop and prepare display zonings for rotations, product launches, and installations.
  • Prepare necessary products prior to each rotation in accordance with approved zonings.
  • Coordinate product transfers from other locations and liaise with buyers to ensure timely product availability.
  • Photograph each rotation, compile images into a comprehensive report, and submit to HQ for review.
  • Ensure store displays comply with company standards before opening, during operating hours, and after closing.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports to HQ on display statuses.
  • Generate sell-through reports and top-selling item lists for the buying team to ensure accurate replenishment.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales galleries reflecting current inventory.
  • Regularly update product photo albums with new merchandise deliveries.
  • Partner with the operations team to track and manage new product arrival schedules.
  • Oversee and manage the inventory of all in-store Visual Merchandising tools.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising partners for rotations at local stores.
  • Assist with annual inventory preparations.

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability for projects and installations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain an onsite presence 5 days a week at the Saint Laurent Rive Droite location.

Experience

Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.
