Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager with administrative and back‑office activities, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with Group Shared Services.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services on statutory and administrative compliance tasks.
• Prepare and maintain regular HR reporting and personnel metrics for the HR office.
• Assist in implementation of core HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, and training & development.
• Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and provide operational support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Laurea) or equivalent academic qualification.
• Previous experience in HR administration or demonstrable interest in human resources.
• Excellent command of MS‑Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.

Experience

Previous practical experience in HR administration or internships in HR functions is preferred; otherwise a strong, demonstrable interest in human resources will be considered.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Laurea) or currently completing a relevant degree.
