Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources Department in daily administrative tasks and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR administration to track, review, and analyze employee documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting reference checks.
  • Participate in Federal and State labor law projects, Employee Relations, and Training and Development initiatives.
  • Provide HR support to US Boutiques.
  • Manage office and kitchen supply orders and organization.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
  • Previous HR internship experience is advantageous.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. High level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
