Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage time tracking and absences.
- Maintain HR dashboards.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Assist in developing and tracking the training plan and HR development initiatives.
- Provide support for internal communication and events.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Handle physical and telephone reception duties.
- Support administrative tasks and general services.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a reputation for diligence and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Teamwork skills.
