Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage time tracking and absences.
  • Maintain HR dashboards.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Assist in developing and tracking the training plan and HR development initiatives.
  • Provide support for internal communication and events.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Handle physical and telephone reception duties.
  • Support administrative tasks and general services.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a reputation for diligence and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Teamwork skills.
