Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and update the Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget in accordance with sales performance and business targets.
- Lead the buying campaign, ensuring qualitative purchasing decisions.
- Analyze sell-through rates by category and store to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Manage pricing strategy and gross margin to ensure profitability, aligning with retail strategy and local objectives.
- Oversee merchandising activities including style selection, quantity decisions, allocation scheduling, stock management, and product training.
- Collaborate with Operations, PR, and Visual Merchandising to monitor implementation quality and merchandise sell-through.
- Work with the HQ Merchandising team to provide feedback on products, consumer trends, and market responses.
- Conduct product knowledge training and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and stores.
Qualifications
- Degree in Merchandising, Design, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in merchandising.
