Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and update the OTB budget in accordance with sales performance and business targets.
- Lead the buying campaign, ensuring qualitative purchasing decisions.
- Analyze sell-through rates by category and store to identify areas for improvement and develop timely action plans.
- Manage pricing strategies and gross margins to ensure profitability, aligning with retail strategies and local objectives.
- Oversee merchandising activities including style selection, quantity decisions, allocation schedules, stock management, replenishment orders, and product training.
- Collaborate with Operations, PR, and Visual Merchandising to monitor the implementation quality and effectiveness of merchandise.
- Work with the HQ Merchandising team to provide feedback on products, consumer trends, and market responses.
- Conduct product knowledge training for store staff and ensure effective communication across functions and stores.
Qualifications
- Degree in Merchandising, Design, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in merchandising.
