Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute assembly operations for various garment models.
  • Perform hand stitching as required.
  • Operate industrial sewing machines including flatbed, overlock, and specialized machines.
  • Conduct self-inspection of finished products to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Completion of CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment manufacturing or fashion-related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Skills

Expertise in garment assembly techniques. Comprehensive knowledge of different fabrics. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines. Attention to detail and precision. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment manufacturing or fashion-related fields.
