Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate a range of industrial sewing machines, including flatbed, overlock, and specialized machines.
  • Perform hand-stitching as needed.
  • Conduct self-inspection of produced items to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Completion of CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment construction or fashion-related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Skills

Expertise in garment assembly techniques and knowledge of various fabrics. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and precision. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment construction or fashion-related fields.
