Role & Responsibilities
- Study the materials used and their characteristics.
- Analyze assembly instructions from patterns and technical sheets.
- Inspect cutting and interlining processes as necessary.
- Independently assemble and finish garments using various specialized machines or by hand.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of the finished garment, adhering to technical specifications and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance of the workstation.
- Document identified issues and implemented solutions after prototype completion.
Qualifications
- Completion of a CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment making or fashion-related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
