Role & Responsibilities

  • Study the materials used and their characteristics.
  • Analyze assembly instructions from patterns and technical sheets.
  • Inspect cutting and interlining processes as necessary.
  • Independently assemble and finish garments using various specialized machines or by hand.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of the finished garment, adhering to technical specifications and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance of the workstation.
  • Document identified issues and implemented solutions after prototype completion.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment making or fashion-related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Skills

Expert knowledge of assembly techniques and fabric types. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and precision. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 6 years in a similar role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment making or fashion-related fields.
