Role & Responsibilities
- Study and understand the materials used and their characteristics.
- Analyze assembly processes by reading pattern and technical sheet instructions.
- Inspect cutting and interlining processes, when applicable.
- Independently assemble and finish garments using various specialized machines or by hand.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of the finished garment, adhering to technical specifications and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance of the workstation.
- Document identified issues and implemented solutions post-prototype creation.
Qualifications
- Completion of CAP/Bac Pro/BTS in garment making or fashion-related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector.
