Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute assembly and sewing operations for various garment models.
  • Perform hand stitching as required.
  • Operate industrial sewing machines including flatbed, overlock, and specialized machines.
  • Conduct self-inspection of finished products to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Completion of CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment manufacturing or fashion-related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury sector.

Skills

Expert knowledge of garment assembly techniques. Proficiency in handling various fabrics and industrial sewing machines. Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and precision. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the luxury industry.

Education

CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment manufacturing or fashion-related fields.
