Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate preparation and assembly of footwear components and proper finishing according to company standards and timelines.
- Execute preparation, assembly, and finishing operations as per instructions received.
- Collaborate with internal department colleagues to ensure the correct flow of information necessary for footwear production and report any anomalies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in footwear preparation, assembly, or finishing.
