Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the finishing operations for footwear production, ensuring adherence to specified guidelines and timelines.
  • Coordinate and lead the internal finishing team, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Facilitate communication within the department to ensure the seamless flow of information necessary for finishing operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within finishing operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all finishing processes, including cleaning, touch-ups, and packaging.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Familiarity with luxury/formal women's footwear.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
