Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the activities of colleagues as the internal finishing point of reference.
  • Communicate effectively with internal department colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of all necessary information for finishing operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all finishing stations (cleaning, touch-ups, packaging, etc.).
  • Familiarity with luxury/formal women's footwear.

Skills

Team management capabilities. Strong interpersonal communication. Attention to detail in finishing processes.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a finishing department, particularly in luxury footwear.
