Finance Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with FP&A and Shared Services to set and analyze sales and category targets on a yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Conduct detailed analysis of actual versus budget progression, market trends, and cost control through multiple simulations.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales reports by store and category, as well as wholesale reports.
- Manage operating expenses, balance sheets, and budget capex, ensuring accurate cost center and account management.
- Lead accounting procedures in collaboration with SSC, ensuring compliance with Kering Accounting Manual and timely financial data closure.
- Prepare and report expenses to HQ post-monthly closure, addressing micro inquiries.
- Oversee external and internal audits, inventory control, and stock-taking processes.
- Support compliance and legal issues, and lead projects related to store network expansion, including openings, refurbishments, and relocations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
- Native proficiency in Japanese and business proficiency in English.
