Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate routine and extraordinary activities related to services, including expansions, setups, and renovations.
- Conduct audits on safety and maintenance of managed spaces.
- Monitor service contracts to ensure compliance with requirements and budget constraints.
- Manage sustainability requests in line with corporate directives.
- Ensure the proper functioning of company activities and services.
- Create and maintain reports and manage archives for each activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Architecture.
- Willingness to travel to production sites and retail locations within Italy.
- Excellent command of the English language.

Experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
