Role & Responsibilities
- Assist fabric buyers in the procurement and purchasing processes for upcoming collections.
- Support the lined fabric buyer with research, orders, and administrative tasks for specified collections.
- Manage dye orders for lined fabrics, including price negotiation and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate receipt, completion, and PLM entry of technical fabric sheets.
- Regularly update raw material tables and PLM with all fabric-related technical information.
- Ensure all fabrics are certified or certifiable for production in compliance with Kering's sustainability standards.
- Coordinate fabric collection from factories via shuttle or truck, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered into the online system.
Qualifications
- Education from a business school or fashion school.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
