Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the logistical and operational organization of both internal and external events such as fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
- Contribute to the research and selection of new venues, vendors, artists, and talents, while identifying emerging industry trends.
- Support the team in project management from preparation to execution to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with VIP, Press, and VIC departments during events, managing room gifts, invitations, looks, and specific needs.
- Manage and track the inventory of event stock including materials, decorations, and technical supports.
- Participate in the design and formatting of visual and creative presentations for various team projects.
- Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor events to identify best practices and innovations.
- Contribute to the updating and improvement of internal guidelines for continuous process optimization.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of event archives including documentation, images, and materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in event coordination or production is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
