Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize operational guidelines to ensure excellence in stores.
- Ensure consistent execution of store operations standards across the global network.
- Champion best practices to elevate the brand experience and reinforce customer-centricity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to retail leadership, aligning commercial objectives with operational execution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.
- Oversee the EMEA retail training function, fostering a culture of learning and performance.
- Lead retail performance team to deliver data-driven insights and embed a culture of continuous performance dialogue.
- Partner with General Managers to adapt local strategies.
Qualifications
- 10–12 years in Retail Excellence or related functions within luxury or premium retail.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Proven track record in leading multi-market retail excellence initiatives.
