Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain recurring weekly and monthly reports for the EMEA Client Development team.
  • Manage stores’ periodic requests including client re-assignment and data cleansing to ensure CRM accuracy.
  • Prepare targeted client lists to support outreach and acquisition campaigns.
  • Draft presentation materials and guidelines for retail teams (outreach protocols, gifting strategies, etc.).
  • Contribute to ad hoc EMEA client projects and support cross‑functional initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's programme and seeking an end‑of‑studies internship.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English with clear, precise written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
  • Prior exposure to CRM systems and statistical tools is advantageous.

Experience

Final‑year Master's student; prior internship or coursework involving CRM, reporting or retail client operations preferred but not mandatory. Hands‑on exposure to data handling and client outreach activities is advantageous.
