Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA Clients team in the planning and execution of client engagement events across the retail network.
- Prepare presentation materials and event documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Track and report event return on investment (ROI) and contribute to post-event analysis.
- Enter and process EMEA invoices and assist with the billing workflow.
- Assist the Client Event Manager in monitoring and preparing event budgets and financial tracking.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate logistics, manage orders and ensure accurate billing.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of communications and event coordination principles.
- Rigorous, responsive and proactive mindset with the ability to propose improvements.
- Keen product sensibility and an interest in luxury retail.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working proficiency in English and French (both required).
- Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience or internship in luxury retail or events is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Intern-level role; no extensive prior professional experience required. A first internship or experience in luxury retail or events is advantageous.
Education
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Marketing, Events, Luxury Management or a related discipline (typical requirement for a 'stage' internship).
