EMEA Client Event Project Assistant

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the EMEA Clients’ team in executing various client events.
• Prepare presentation materials for events.
• Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of events.
• Manage the entry of EMEA invoices.
• Assist the Client Event Manager in budget monitoring and preparation for each event.
• Coordinate with vendors for event organization and manage the billing process.
• Support logistical planning of events, including transportation, orders, and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and French.
• Familiarity with communications.
• Rigorous, responsive, and proactive.
• Good product sense.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
