E-Concession Manager
Saint Laurent seeks an E-Concession Manager in Shanghai to lead marketplace operations (Tmall, JD, WeChat) and performance marketing for China e-concessions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of e-concession stores across Mainland China, ensuring daily store maintenance, merchandising alignment and compliance with Saint Laurent global e‑business guidelines.
- Manage relationships with third-party concession vendors and marketplace partners to optimise assortment, commercial execution and operational SLAs.
- Plan and execute commercial festival strategies and promotional calendars specific to Tmall, JD, WeChat and the brand website to maximise sales and traffic.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across all digital doors (Tmall, JD, Wechat, Brandwebsite), developing 360° e-marketing campaigns and conversion optimisation tactics.
- Coordinate with global digital and local stakeholders to cascade e-biz operations and omnichannel strategies into the China market.
- Direct and develop a small team, providing coaching, workload delegation and performance assessment.
- Drive special projects related to data intelligence for e-concession performance, reporting and insights-driven optimisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
- At least 5 years’ demonstrable experience in e-concession or marketplace management (Tmall/JD) and e‑marketing.
- Minimum 2 years in a role with direct people management responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage third-party partners and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Professional demeanour, adaptability and strong teamwork orientation.

Requires at least 8 years in the luxury/fashion sector, with a minimum of 5 years managing e-concessions or marketplaces (Tmall/JD) and at least 2 years of direct people management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above.
