Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the omnichannel order backlog, ensuring adherence to processing times and resolving any issues.
  • Monitor B2B flows, ensuring compliance with shipping, delivery, and receipt deadlines for concession partners, as well as B2C shipments for marketplace clients.
  • Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) activities with concession partners, managing processes among inventory, after-sales, and partners.
  • Respond to partners' inquiries regarding product information and pricing to facilitate prompt inbounding of goods.
  • Assist in investigating issues such as shipment delays, IT bugs, stock discrepancies, and sales variances.
  • Organize communications to internal and external teams regarding relevant information.
  • Participate in benchmarking for upcoming projects and support ongoing projects across multiple phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose automation and optimization solutions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a university, engineering school, or business school specializing in Supply Chain or E-business (Master's level or equivalent).
  • Initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain is preferred.
  • Strong interest in the luxury sector.

Skills

Fluency in English is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Organized, independent, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.

Experience

Initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain is preferred.

Education

Graduate of a university, engineering school, or business school specializing in Supply Chain or E-business (Master's level or equivalent).
