Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the omnichannel order backlog, ensuring adherence to processing times and resolving issues.
- Monitor B2B flows, ensuring compliance with shipping, delivery, and receipt deadlines for concession partners, and manage B2C shipments for marketplace clients.
- Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) activities with concession partners, managing processes among inventory, after-sales, and partners.
- Respond to partners' inquiries regarding product information and pricing.
- Assist in investigating issues such as shipment delays, IT bugs, stock discrepancies, and sales variances.
- Organize communications with internal and external teams regarding relevant information.
- Participate in benchmarking and support ongoing projects across multiple phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose automation and optimization solutions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a university, engineering school, or business school specializing in Supply Chain or E-business (Master's level or equivalent).
- Initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain is ideal.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English is essential.
