Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in buying sessions, including training and product selection.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for showrooms.
  • Assist in the creation of Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies post-buying sessions.
  • Develop weekly and monthly sales reports, including carry-over reports.
  • Generate best-seller reports and update stock analyses across various sites.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
  • Support and monitor collection launches, ensuring product listings are accurate and timely.
  • Maintain consistency and presentation of the product catalog, including descriptions.
  • Update visual merchandising for brand websites and localized galleries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries, addressing daily customer requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Previous significant experience in e-commerce is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the digital environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.
  • Recognized for teamwork and efficiency.

Experience
