Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in buying sessions, including product training and preparation of necessary showroom documents.
  • Assist in the creation of Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies post-buying sessions.
  • Develop weekly and monthly sales reports, including carry-over and best-seller reports.
  • Update and analyze inventory across various sites, including Sold Out Reports.
  • Support and monitor the preparation of collection launches, ensuring product online availability.
  • Maintain consistency and presentation of the product catalog, including descriptions.
  • Update visual merchandising for brand websites and localized galleries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Customer Service, addressing daily client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Ideally, a significant initial experience in e-commerce.

Skills

Strong understanding of the digital environment. Passion for luxury and product sensitivity. Fluent in English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent spelling and grammar. Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous. Team-oriented with a reputation for efficiency.

Experience

A significant initial experience in e-commerce is ideal.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
