Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Assist the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
