Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and qualitative goals.
- Promote brand engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and follow up on action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to management.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Promote brand culture internally and externally.
- Build and maintain a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially among Top Clients and VIPs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal processes.
- Challenge and improve department processes for efficiency.
