Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and qualitative goals.
  • Promote brand engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and follow up on action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to management.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Promote brand culture internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially among Top Clients and VIPs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal processes.
  • Challenge and improve department processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • Managerial experience with a focus on team coaching and feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
