Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the department team to achieve assigned quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Promote brand engagement to customers, ensuring alignment with the company's policies.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain customers, implementing action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment, challenging the team daily.
  • Promote the brand culture internally and externally, building a network to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image and standards.
  • Manage processes to comply with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
  • Challenge and optimize current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • Managerial experience with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Commitment to innovative projects and brand initiatives.

Skills

Strong market and fashion trend knowledge. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Adaptability and openness to new ideas. High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience

Proven track record in luxury retail sales and team management.
