Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the department team to achieve assigned quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Promote brand engagement to customers, ensuring alignment with the company's policies.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers, implementing action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment, challenging the team daily.
- Promote the brand culture internally and externally, building a network to enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image and standards.
- Manage processes to comply with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
- Challenge and optimize current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Managerial experience with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Commitment to innovative projects and brand initiatives.
