Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand engagement to achieve quantitative and qualitative departmental goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the department team to ensure target achievement.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain customers, fostering loyalty especially among top clients and VIPs.
  • Implement action plans in coordination with HQ and Store Director, ensuring follow-up at store level.
  • Communicate relevant feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, and stock organization.
  • Challenge and enhance current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • Managerial experience with a focus on team coaching and feedback.
  • Strong market and fashion trend knowledge.

Skills

Experience
