Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement to achieve quantitative and qualitative departmental goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the department team to ensure target achievement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers, fostering loyalty especially among top clients and VIPs.
- Implement action plans in coordination with HQ and Store Director, ensuring follow-up at store level.
- Communicate relevant feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, and stock organization.
- Challenge and enhance current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
