Role & Responsibilities
- Perform fabric layering operations in preparation for cutting.
- Execute both manual and automated fabric cutting.
- Conduct thermobonding operations.
- Carry out fabric finishing and packaging tasks.
- Monitor and cut templates following technical documentation.
- Prepare and update cutting files, including revision and printing of layouts.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Appreciation for manual work and fabric handling.
- Demonstrated rigor, methodical approach, adaptability, and responsiveness.
- Previous similar experience is advantageous, though internal training is available.
