Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement client engagement activities in Greater China & SEAO, focusing on the retail network.
  • Support the Regional Client Engagement and Greater China & SEAO retail teams in designing and executing client engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate store data collection and data quality across Greater China & SEAO.
  • Perform tasks related to CRM systems, including upgrading, data cleansing, and integration.
  • Implement strategies and targeted actions to increase customer base, drive sales, and achieve CRM KPIs.
  • Support Greater China & SEAO retail team with regular CRM KPIs reports.
  • Monitor and improve customer engagement KPIs to support regional team in driving action plans.
  • Monitor marketing initiatives and follow-up budget for marketing tools in Greater China & SEAO.
  • Drive the implementation and execution of corporate clienteling programs in Greater China & SEAO.
  • Manage and coordinate the deployment of all processes, tools, and training related to the brand clienteling approach.
  • Provide support and guidance to retail teams in clienteling activities, focusing on strategic clients.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of VIC Initiatives, evaluating effectiveness of activities.
  • Collaborate with local General Managers and Store Management teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Skills

Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results. Dynamic with a passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of the luxury market. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems. Fluency in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail with solid experience in client relationship management.
