Role & Responsibilities
- Sign financial statements and official documents as a Company Secretary.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
- Act as the designated person for disclosure of beneficial interest in the company's shares.
- Affix Digital Signature Certificate to the company's Annual Return.
- Manage timely and accurate filings on relevant government portals.
- Monitor and meet all regulatory deadlines and maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary with membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Proven experience in handling filings and compliance using Indian government portals.
Education
Membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
