Saint Laurent seeks a Communication & Marketing Manager in Hong Kong to lead brand and digital strategy for Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the full spectrum of brand communication activities across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, ensuring local execution aligns with global brand positioning.
  • Develop and manage annual communication and digital marketing strategies and calendars, including budget planning and control.
  • Define and communicate the team vision and objectives; supervise, mentor and guide direct reports in day-to-day operations.
  • Design and execute influencer, celebrity and earned-media strategies to generate qualitative, market-relevant social buzz supporting commercial moments.
  • Manage external partners — PR, creative and media agencies, production suppliers — and oversee the delivery of branding events and campaigns.
  • Partner with retail and merchandising teams to align trade marketing and local marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and landlord/key partner relationships.
  • Coordinate launch and localization of global digital media campaigns with headquarters while delivering full activation for local commercial occasions.
  • Develop local social media strategy including content planning, follower recruitment & engagement tactics and CRM integration.
  • Perform regular market research, media analysis and competitor studies; produce and maintain monthly social media and digital marketing dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing or communications with a minimum of 3–4 years in a managerial role and demonstrable digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record within the luxury sector; international and cross‑functional exposure preferred.
  • Established network with PR and marketing agencies, and strong media, influencer and celebrity contacts in the Greater China market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of advertising channels and digital marketing levers.
  • Creative, proactive and result-oriented with strong problem-solving capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience

8–10 years in marketing or communications with at least 3–4 years in a managerial capacity; demonstrable experience managing digital marketing, influencer/celebrity relations and agency partners within the luxury or premium consumer sector. Regional experience across Greater China (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan) is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline.
