Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Events team in executing projects such as fashion shows and high-profile events including the Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and the Oscars.
  • Collaborate with the Media & Digital team on agency negotiations with partners like IProspect and Digital Prod.
  • Lead the procurement process for communication and event purchases, including sourcing, benchmarking, tendering, drafting specifications, negotiating, and contract management.
  • Propose innovative solutions to diverse stakeholders within the Communication Department.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Immediate availability.

Skills

Expertise in Communication & Events procurement within the luxury sector. Proficiency in Digital & Media purchasing. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and persuasive communication. Adaptability and agility in dynamic environments.

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
