Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Events team in executing projects such as fashion shows and high-profile events including the Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and the Oscars.
- Collaborate with the Media & Digital team on agency negotiations with partners like IProspect and Digital Prod.
- Lead the procurement process for communication and event purchases, including sourcing, benchmarking, tendering, drafting specifications, negotiating, and contract management.
- Propose innovative solutions to diverse stakeholders within the Communication Department.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Immediate availability.
