Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of collections.
  • Prepare materials for development meetings.
  • Assist in the creation of sales catalogues and showroom tools, including sales books and material books.
  • Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
  • Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
  • Participate in creating and drafting analyses during showroom periods, such as sell-in analyses, best sellers, and SKU efficiencies.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
  • Maintain continuous competitor analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and fashion shows.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or a Master's program specializing in fashion.
  • Previous experience in the luxury sector with a strong product sensitivity.

Skills

Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is advantageous. Strong numerical aptitude. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.

Experience

Previous experience in the luxury sector is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in fashion.
