Join Saint Laurent in Paris as a Collection Merchandising Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in luxury fashion, contributing to the development of collections and showroom analyses.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of collections.
  • Prepare materials for development meetings.
  • Assist in the creation of sales catalogues and showroom sales tools.
  • Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
  • Oversee prototype management, including inventory, photography, and corrections.
  • Contribute to the creation and writing of showroom analyses, including sell-in, best sellers, and SKU effectiveness.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
  • Maintain continuous competitor analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or a Master's program specializing in fashion.
  • Previous experience in the luxury sector with product sensitivity.

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong numerical data handling skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.

Experience

A first experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in fashion.
