Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of collections.
  • Prepare materials for development meetings.
  • Assist in creating the sales catalog and various showroom sales tools.
  • Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
  • Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
  • Contribute to the creation and drafting of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPI, and SKU efficiency, as well as end-of-showroom reports.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, monitoring global and regional sales.
  • Maintain ongoing competitor analysis, including offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
  • Previous experience in luxury fashion with a strong product sensitivity.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in data analysis and numerical acumen. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.

Experience

A prior internship or work experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
