Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product development with various departments including Studio, pattern makers, workshops, and external manufacturers.
  • Update the PLM tool daily with launch/reception dates, fabric stock, and sample/bill of materials creation.
  • Manage the organizational aspects of the collection from prototyping to sampling.
  • Oversee the delivery of pieces and follow up on prototypes and collection repetitions.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to ensure timely production.
  • Assist in the preparation of fittings.
  • Create reference labels for models.
  • Receive and inspect pieces upon delivery.
  • Manage special orders for Press, VIP, VIC, and trunk shows.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with PLM software is beneficial. Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury or fashion is a plus.
