Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the organizational aspects of the collection.
- Code models and update the PLM tool daily, including creating model sheets and updating model information.
- Manage special orders for press, VIP, VIC, and trunk shows, including tracking and dispatching to various departments and preparing weekly reports.
- Handle prototype flow, logistics of collection model shipments, and legal deposits of models.
- Monitor model alterations throughout the collection and during looks and fittings before the show.
- Assist in maintaining the office, archiving and organizing collection prototypes, sorting and archiving fabric swatches and cards, ordering supplies, and printing various labels for internal shuttles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong command of Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with PLM software is a plus.
