Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organizational aspects of the collection.
  • Code models and update the PLM tool daily, including creating model sheets and updating model information.
  • Manage special orders for press, VIP, VIC, and trunk shows, including tracking and dispatching to various departments and preparing weekly reports.
  • Handle prototype flow, logistics of collection model shipments, and legal deposits of models.
  • Monitor model alterations throughout the collection and during looks and fittings before the show.
  • Assist in maintaining the office, archiving and organizing collection prototypes, sorting and archiving fabric swatches and cards, ordering supplies, and printing various labels for internal shuttles.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong command of Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with PLM software is a plus.
