Role & Responsibilities
- Accompany clients throughout the purchase journey, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote the brand image and values by providing personalized advice across all channels, including E-Business, Retail, Franchises, and Wholesale.
- Foster strong relationships with stores to ensure a positive client experience.
- Act as a key contact for escalations, delivering appropriate solutions and strengthening client relationships.
- Communicate customer insights and feedback to relevant departments for action.
- Manage communication channels such as telephone, email, and chat, while achieving personal targets and team KPIs.
- Develop omnichannel sales through distant sales tools.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for the brand and fashion industry.
- Client-oriented with a strong sense of service quality.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in French, English, and German.
- Previous experience in retail sales or service industry appreciated.
