Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the production and logistics of client events both domestically and internationally, including dinners, cocktail parties, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
  • Coordinate with the Image Department for event materials such as invitations and e-vites.
  • Book talents including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models for events.
  • Manage the procurement of necessary supplies for event production.
  • Research new venues, vendors, artists, and trends.
  • Prepare and oversee event materials before and after events.
  • Manage the inventory of event stock, including tracking entries and exits.
  • Provide administrative support, including note-taking and sending meeting summaries, as well as booking travel arrangements.
  • Conduct benchmarking of competitor events and update event guidelines.
  • Assist with archiving event materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong interest in luxury and event communication.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Organized, autonomous, proactive, meticulous, and dynamic.
  • Strong team player.

Experience
