Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and growth of top-tier VIC clientele at the Beverly Hills Flagship.
  • Assist in the recruitment and retention of new Stylists, focusing on expanding the Stylist Program.
  • Facilitate PR and VIP requests, including in-store fittings and product movement management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all consignments.
  • Provide comprehensive sales floor coverage, managing and servicing client interactions independently.
  • Assist the sales team during selling ceremonies, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Generate and support one-to-one appointments for top clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's qualitative standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in retail, with preference for luxury or contemporary experience.
